About the Role: We’re seeking a talented, flexible Part-Time Product Designer to support ongoing design needs across our platform. This is a 5–10 hour/week role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and is comfortable shifting priorities based on project demands. You’ll collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve our user experience, design conversion-focused interfaces, and bring clean, functional UI design to life. What You'll Do Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for product and search pages Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes as needed Contribute to UX improvements across the site, with a focus on driving user conversion Design assets for marketing or branded initiatives as needed Suggest improvements to existing flows, CTAs, or layouts based on user behavior What You Bring 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design (ideally with startups) Strong portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile responsive platforms Experience designing for e-commerce or marketplace platforms Ability to move quickly from concept to high-fidelity design Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and product iteration Proficiency with Figma or similar tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to work variable hours based on project needs Bonus Points Experience working on real estate or vacation rental platforms Understanding of HTML/CSS for design implementation context Prior work on search/filter UX or booking flow optimization Ability to deliver quick turnarounds under tight deadlines Perks Flexible weekly hours and remote-friendly High-impact work on a consumer-facing platform Long-term potential for continued collaboration as we grow Join us at StayWithStay.com and help reimagine the way people discover and book vacation rentals.
