Video Editor (Full-Time, In-Office – Tampa, FL) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (occasional Saturdays) Location: In-office, Greater Tampa Area Company: Major League Profits About Us Major League Profits is a fast-growing coaching company that teaches everyday people how to make money flipping sports cards. We’re building a high-performance organic media team from the ground up — and this Video Editor role is one of our first critical hires. We don’t care if you know sports — we care if you can edit like a beast, stay hungry, and grow with us. About the Role We’re looking for a local editor who’s sharp with Adobe Premiere, knows their way around a camera, and wants to build a real career inside a fast-paced brand. You’ll be in-office with our team daily, editing content that fuels our growth — from YouTube videos to Instagram reels, TikToks, and Shorts. You’ll work directly under our CMO and get exposure to real-time brand building, with a potential path to becoming our Creative Director. Responsibilities Edit high-volume content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts Work with the CMO to maintain content cadence and brand tone Occasionally assist on camera for in-house shoots Keep up with editing trends, hooks, pacing, and platform nuances Organize raw footage, project files, and version tracking Take feedback well, iterate quickly, and deliver on time Occasionally contribute to basic script outlines and structure Requirements Proficient in Adobe Premiere Comfortable holding and operating a camera (you won’t be the main shooter, but you should know the basics) Available in-office, Monday–Friday in the Tampa area Willing to work the occasional Saturday if needed Hungry, self-motivated, and obsessed with leveling up Able to take creative feedback without ego Bonus Points If You… Know your way around motion graphics (After Effects) Have worked in a fast-growth content brand Have an eye for storytelling and pacing Are familiar with creators like Alex Hormozi, Ryan Pineda, or MrBeast Why Join Us?
