ABOUT US We’ve developed a web/mobile concept in the personal reminder/ecommerce space, complete with landing/signup pages, mobile app wireframes, and a preliminary brand identity. As we prepare for our market validation test, we’re looking to refine our visual image and bring our brand to life. PROJECT SCOPE Our current UI needs a refresh to better reflect who we are: minimalist, modern, and elegant. We're seeking strategic guidance on: - Visual Identity: Finalizing brand elements including color palette, typography, and logo for both web and mobile. - UI & UX Optimization: Structuring our landing and signup pages for clarity and conversion, with guidance on layout and information architecture (we’ll handle implementation in Webflow and Figma). - Art Direction: Curating stock photography and setting a clear visual style to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. - Marketing Assets: Designing image concepts for a Facebook/Instagram ad campaign, with multiple iterations optimized for A/B testing. DELIVERABLES Brand Guidelines: - Color palette, typography, logo (web/mobile) - Stock photography curation and art direction for brand consistency Landing Page Optimization: - Recommendations on how to structure our landing page and signup page (UI only, our team will implement) Marketing Assets: - Simple ad creative concepts for our test campaign optimized for Facebook and Instagram, several iterations for A/B testing across target demos Note: Our team will handle the implementation of all recommendations in Webflow and Figma. We are seeking strategic direction and comprehensive brand documentation that our internal team can execute. No design implementation or development work is required—focus on providing clear guidance, specifications, and creative direction that we can implement ourselves. REQUIREMENTS - Experience with creating brand guidelines for digital products - Strong portfolio showing minimalist, modern, and elegant UI design - Experience with conversion-focused landing page design/optimization - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Figma - Ability to work iteratively with quick feedback cycles IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is a brand-focused visual designer with a strong eye for clean, modern aesthetics and experience helping early-stage consumer products establish or refine their identity. You understand how to create cohesive brand systems that feel intentional and elevated—spanning web, mobile, and marketing surfaces. You're comfortable working from a loose foundation and can translate a general direction into clear visual guidelines that reflect a minimalist, modern, and elegant tone. You have a solid understanding of how design drives conversion, especially when it comes to structuring landing pages and signup flows, and you're confident making UX recommendations that improve clarity and performance. You have experience curating stock photography, setting art direction, and concepting ad creatives that align with brand goals and perform well on social platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You work quickly, iterate well with feedback, and provide thoughtful documentation that internal teams can easily implement. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is expected, and experience in ecommerce, lifestyle, or personal productivity spaces is a plus. TO APPLY Please share: 1.
