Website Designer & SEO Specialist – Hostinger Builder Expert for Real Estate Title Company

We’re a growing Texas-based title company with a modern brand and bold expansion plans. Our current website is built using the Hostinger Website Builder — not WordPress — and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, design-capable, SEO-smart freelancer to jump in and help us immediately improve, integrate, and expand our existing site. What We Need You to Do First: • Incorporate and migrate valuable content from our recent purchase of a different title company. (a company we recently acquired) into our CNAT site before their WordPress site goes offline. • Extract, organize, and clean up info about office locations, services, and any useful existing content. • Refine layout, formatting, internal linking, and fix performance issues across current CNAT pages. Project Goals: • Improve local SEO across multiple Texas markets. (We provide SEMrush access.) • Increase site speed and usability across desktop and mobile. • Add new pages for services, events, and partner tools. • Eventually develop: • A private “Closers Club” portal for clients and partners to access exclusive training and content • A “secret merch store” with branded gear available only to select partners Our Tools and Setup: • Hostinger Website Builder (not WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace) • SEMrush (access provided) • Google Search Console (connected) • CRM integration coming soon (Go High Level) • Canva and OneUp may be used later (helpful but not required) You Might Be a Fit If You: • Have strong experience building or editing sites in Hostinger or similar builders • Understand SEO fundamentals and are comfortable using or learning SEMrush • Have a sharp eye for layout, spacing, and content structure • Can take direction, work efficiently, and execute with minimal back-and-forth • Are familiar with real estate, title, or mortgage industries (or a fast learner) Timeline and Hours: • Start date: As soon as possible • Initial workload: 20–30 hours per week • Goal: Get the CNAT site fully optimized and operational ASAP, then continue with projects as needed Bonus Points If You Can: • Use Canva for visual assets or page layout ideas • Recommend structural or design improvements for better user experience • Help us brainstorm better ways to use the site for marketing and client retention To Apply: Please respond with the following: 1.
