I’m looking to hire a design partner. A reliable, senior-level Product Designer to support fast-paced, collaborative design work for a startup client over the next 4 weeks (with potential for more). You’ll be working directly with me (a design director) to execute wireframes, mockups, and high-quality UI/UX design work that moves quickly, with daily handoffs and feedback. We’re building an AI home management consumer product. You’ll be jumping into Figma to help push forward flows, refine UI, and prep for ongoing development. Your Role: - Execute clean & clear Figma designs based on daily direction - Daily syncs & design updates with me (Email, Slack, Loom, etc) before and/or after my client calls - Work independently - 4 week project commitment - 25 hrs/week commitment - 5 hrs/day Mon–Fri commitment Requirements: - Fluent English speaker with excellent communication - Pacific Time (PT) hours - Based in the US - Able to start immediately - Strong portfolio - Fluent in Figma and shipping fast, high-quality design - Regularly use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI agents Nice to Have: - Early-stage, 0 to 1 startup experience - Have designed AI tools (not just used them)
