We are a professional Oklahoma Engineering Firm in highways and bridges looking to increase our presence on LinkedIn and Meta by creating a consistent posting effort in an attempt to be on the forefront of our industry's minds. We are not wanting to post for clicks or post for the sake of posting. We want our content to be representative of our culture, and it will take time for this marketer to learn our culture. We elected against a one size fits all marketing firm concerned with clicks, pixels, and conversions. If that is your thing, don't waste your time here. We are highly concerned with the people that make our organization what it is and we know it is them who is taking us to where we are going. We are not looking for pictures of a bunch of ribbon cuttings, executives shaking hands, conferences, etc. We are looking for our culture to be portrayed to our industry, with no target or conversion for these posts to achieve. The metrics for success can stay intangible. We also want to use this to refer people to that may want to join us. Our website only gets traffic from people looking to come aboard. I am not interested in posting a "Call to Action." We are also coming up on our 25th anniversary as a company, and we are confident that our industry does not recognize our size and resource capability. Helping us portray our real footprint in the industry is a focal point of this without being over the top, crass, or "look at me". I understand this is different than Marketing 101, and we are fine with that. We choose to be different, come be different with us.
