I run a consumer-focused professional services firm based in South Florida. We help individuals facing financial challenges and are updating our outreach materials—starting with a light logo refresh followed by a professionally designed direct mail self-mailer. This is the first phase of a broader marketing initiative that may also include: WordPress landing page design and layout Email templates Social media graphics and brand assets While I’m open to ongoing remote collaboration, I’d strongly prefer to meet in person early in the process. I’m based in Boca Raton, so ideally you’re located within 30–45 minutes—Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, or nearby areas. Initial Project Scope: Light logo cleanup or refresh to modernize and unify branding Design an 11” x 17” self-mailer, folded twice to a final size of 5.5” x 8.5”, suitable for USPS mailing Layout must include an address panel, indicia or stamp area, and comply with USPS self-mailer guidelines I’ll provide existing content and general direction, but open to creative input Deliverables: Print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks Editable source files (preferably Adobe InDesign) Preferred Tools: Adobe InDesign (strongly preferred for layout) Illustrator and Photoshop (for branding and visual elements) Canva Pro or Figma (for future digital templates) Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience and the scope of the project. Open to both hourly and fixed-price proposals.
