We’re launching a playful, retro-inspired brand and are looking for a talented freelance digital illustrator to help bring our vision to life. Project Overview: Create a series of hand-drawn-style digital portraits featuring a vintage baby character seated in a classic barber chair. The baby will need interchangeable outfits and accessories (think: paper doll-style), including items like bow ties, suspenders, caps, and more. See attached for example. What We’re Looking For: Strong portfolio of portrait work (especially babies, children, or character design) - Comfort with vintage/retro illustration styles - Ability to deliver layered files for interchangeable elements - Experience in digital pen-and-ink or hand-drawn aesthetics - Reliable, communicative, and open to creative direction Deliverables: - Base baby + barber chair illustration - 5–8 outfit/accessory variations (with potential for more) This is a freelance, remote-friendly project with room for future work as the brand grows.
