As part of a busy marketing agency, you'll be responsible for executing and scheduling 2 marketing emails per week (Mondays and Fridays) across multiple brands. Our templates are already built and consistent with brand guidelines—but we’re not just looking for someone to plug and play. We want someone who takes initiative, notices when something looks off, and offers feedback or creative solutions to improve. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, reliable, has a strong design sense within email editors, and is comfortable collaborating on light content and layout tweaks. Estimated time commitment: 6–8 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and schedule two marketing emails per week (Mondays and Fridays) Work within pre-existing templates to swap content, update links, images, and messaging Tweak layout and formatting as needed (spacing, image sizes, alignment, etc.) Ensure emails are fully responsive across desktop and mobile Proactively catch and flag any design, formatting, or copy issues before scheduling Offer suggestions or creative improvements if something doesn’t look right or could perform better Coordinate with our internal team on upcoming promotions and content themes Occasionally support light A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, CTA placement) Track email performance trends and report notable insights or issues Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in email marketing (2+ years preferred) Proficient in email marketing platforms Strong understanding of email best practices (mobile optimization, CTA placement, subject line strategy) Familiarity with using existing brand templates while adding polish or minor improvements Solid design sense (you don’t need to be a graphic designer, but a good eye for layout is key) Ability to manage deadlines independently Comfortable giving constructive feedback or suggestions Experience tracking email KPIs is a plus (CTR, open rate, etc.) Bonus (Not Required): Experience working with retail or e-commerce brands Light graphic editing skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) Experience working with mobile-first marketing tools or dynamic promotional content (such as digital brochures, visual landing pages, or interactive email campaigns) Time Commitment: 6–8 hours per week Emails must be finalized and scheduled every Monday and Friday Flexible hours as long as deadlines are met consistently
