Video Podcast Editor + Social Clips

Looking for a video editor that can take podcast files (raw video and audio files, brand graphics/animation/music) and turn them into our weekly episodic podcast (hour length episodes), for YouTube and podcast apps, and to create social media ready clips for our Instagram reels and Tiktoks (at least one every other episode). Our podcast is a weekly episodic recap show of Asian dramas, Kpop survival shows, dating shows, etc. We have been editing these ourselves for the past 2 years and would like to find someone that can understand our tone and voice, and elevate to a wittier cut of the podcast episodes.
