A local farm in lebanon ohio is seeking a creative and hands-on artist or craftsperson to support our seasonal and permanent signage needs across the property. This role is ideal for someone who can bring a rustic, farm-inspired aesthetic to life through functional and beautiful signage - creating both practical wayfinding and special moments that drive engagement and delight. Scope of Work: The artist will collaborate with our team to develop, produce, and install a variety of signs and display elements throughout the farm property. This includes: Wayfinding & Informational Signage: Signage for trash cans, barn entrances, retail areas, benches (8) Roadside signage along a major road promote events and offerings (6) Four key signs for the retail area with rotating messaging (4) New street sign (1) New plaque for barn (1) Preferred Style & Medium: Authentic, rustic, and hand-crafted feel that reflects the working farm aesthetic Open to painted wood, laser-etched or burned wood, carved signs, metal, chalkboard-style, or other weather-resistant formats on a pre-finished material Must balance durability and visual appeal with cost-conscious execution Budget: Open for discussion
