Create Ads for Souvenir Event Journal

I am a member of https://oppf.org Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and we have our annual formal event and we want to create a digital souvenir journal using https://heyzine.com flip book maker. Each person would send you their photo and or language they want on their page and you would design it so that we don't have to wait for all of these individuals do do their own artwork and ads and send it to us to put in the souvenir journal but it would never get complete that way. Instead they will individually send me the money for you to do each one of their ads.
