We're looking to expand the content on our online publication to include more fly fishing content. We want to publish a memorable short story, article, or anecdote from you about your experiences fly fishing. We don't want some sterile, SEO-riddled typical blog post; instead, write it like a normal human would sound if they were sitting around the campfire, BSing with their buddies. We want good, creative, artistic writing. You don't have to be the most avid fly fisherman (or woman), you just have to have a meaningful story or take to share. For your proposal, let me know the subject matter you'd like to write on and a little about your history in the outdoors. If you have one or more quality photos to publish along with your story, that is even better. You'll receive credit for the photos and story, and we will also link to whatever personal website or portfolio you have, if you would like. Anything proposed must take place somewhere in the US/Canada, and we generally lean towards subject matter relating to the Western US (although this is not a dealbreaker). Again, this is NOT a ghostwriting gig - we want to showcase great writers.
