Hello, I am a commercial real estate appraiser and a portion of our reports include sections about the subjects market. The example I am providing is for Kennedy Space Center and details the area and discusses the local space industry. Something similar to what has been provided would be ideal and much of it doesn't require new content but instead needs to be updated as it was written two years ago. The ideal person would have great research skills, understanding of commercial real estate, and some familiarity with the Space Coast of Florida.
