About Us: We are a startup with a platform that has similar offerings to taskrabbit, airtasker, Instawork but we are starting our focus on event staff and plan to expand to different cities as well as expand talent skills outside of the event staff space. Our goal is to automate the connection between clients and vetted, high-quality talent with minimal manual involvement. The Situation: We’ve had a web developer working on the platform for over a year. While progress has been made, the development timeline continues to drag and there’s a lack of clarity around final delivery. We’re looking for a senior technical expert to step in, assess our situation, and guide us on next steps. ✅ What We Need: We’re hiring a Fractional CTO or Senior Technical Advisor to: • Audit our current tech stack and codebase (web app, back end, infrastructure). • Evaluate progress vs. milestones and assess if development is on track or off-course. • Advise on best practices for startup product architecture, scalability, and automation. • Translate business goals into a clear technical roadmap. • Provide strategic advice on whether to continue with our current dev, bring in new devs, or restructure the workflow. • Be available for 1–2 strategy calls per week (with potential to expand role based on fit). ⸻
