We are looking for an experienced IMMIGRATION legal writer to draft defensive asylum briefs for immigration court. An experienced writer should be able to complete a brief in 3 to 4 hours. To streamline the process, we provide a well-organized package along with all necessary materials in an organized, chronological format. You will receive a fully assembled case package that includes the Table of Contents, Form I-589, the applicant’s personal statement, identity documents, and country conditions evidence. Additionally, we will provide a structured brief template to ensure consistency and clarity, along with a detailed instructional VIDEO that walks you through each section of the brief, explaining how to effectively and efficiently summarize and argue the case. Your role will involve summarizing the applicant’s statement of facts and relevant country conditions, crafting persuasive arguments for past and future persecution, and establishing the applicant’s protected ground for asylum, such as membership in a particular social group (PSG), political opinion, or religion. You will also need to add a couple of paragraphs to support Withholding of Removal and CAT claims. Our templates typically range from 15 to 25 pages (double-spaced), but you will likely write only about half of the brief since much of the content consists of legal language and case law that does not require modification. It is important that all work be original and based on legal expertise. We ask that AI not be used for drafting, as AI-generated asylum briefs often lack accuracy and specificity.
