Strut Social Media is seeking a Junior SMM & Content Creator to join the growing team! Strut Social Media is boutique social media marketing & photography agency based in Greater Boston, MA with a mission to help elevate & scale the digital footprint of restaurants, hospitality businesses, and lifestyle brands. We help craft impactful digital marketing strategies and create unique, tailored content to ensure maximum reach, strong community engagement, and a stunning digital presence for both local and nationwide hospitality-based businesses. THE REQUIRED ESSENTIALS: • Highly proficient in Instagram & Facebook management • Highly proficient in content creation / graphic design using Canva • Highly proficient with short-clip video editing for Reels creation • Highly proficient in using a content scheduler • Must have experience in prior social media management roles • Experience using a project management system is preferred (Asana, Click Up, etc) • Knowledge with Instagram engagement • Knowledge with writing creative copy • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written & verbal communication skills • Understanding of key social media metrics / insights • Strong organizational and collaboration skills JOB DESCRIPTION: • Assisting with Instagram & Facebook account management • Planning and scheduling out monthly content schedules • Content creation using Canva for client social campaigns & social media posts • Creative caption writing • Hashtag research • Reels editing & creation • Any experience with influencer marketing is helpful • Willing to contribute unique ideas in regards to social media content creation *More information will be given upon interest* This individual must have a passion for content creation and social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, and willing to assist with full social media management alongside the Founder & CEO!
