I am starting a new real estate publication in Beehiiv. I am looking for someone to help setup the custom domain landing page and website, initial email onboarding campaign, and email template set up. I will be using automations (Apify and n8n) to bring in listings to feature in the daily newsletter. I am looking for something a little more custom than Beehiiv's website Builder v2 as I could use one of their pre-made templates.
