We are building a custom e-commerce solution in the home services space. This particular business vertical (Roofing) is not one where online purchases are common for a variety of reasons. It is a high dollar transaction and the industry itself (all home services) suffer from consumer trust issues. We have the solution fully built and working, however, we need to improve our UI/UX in a variety of ways. The goals are: 1. Build confidence/trust in the brand, as well as the online ordering process itself 2. Update the UI to improve usability, adding helpers where needed to explain how the process works 3. Build confidence/trust in financing. Financing is a critical aspect as most people will need some form of it. We are partnered with a trusted 3rd party for this. We would also welcome suggestions on other improvements to make the tool easier to understand and use. The deliverable will be mockups of any changes (Canva, etc) and any images we would need to include in our design. Our team will handle html/css implementation. A link to view the current solution will be provided to qualified freelancers that we choose to further discuss the project with. Hiring is open only to US based freelancers who are highly proficient in English or native English speakers. Due to scamming, fake profiles, and AI tools, the selected freelancer must join a short video call to verify identity in order to be approved for this job.
