We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Website Editor to support our marketing efforts. We're a fast-paced cybersecurity and cloud computing company, and we need someone who can help us maintain a professional and visually engaging online presence. This is a long-term contract position, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the potential to grow as our needs expand. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll be responsible for a blend of graphic design and website editing tasks, including: Designing marketing materials: Creating compelling visuals for social media, ads, presentations, and other promotional content. Website content updates: Updating and maintaining website pages, including text, images, and basic layout adjustments. Infographic and data visualization design: Transforming complex cybersecurity data into clear, engaging visual formats. Branding consistency: Ensuring all visual elements align with our brand guidelines. Image sourcing and optimization: Finding and preparing high-quality images for web and print. Basic video editing (a plus): Trimming, adding text overlays, and simple edits for short promotional videos. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in graphic design: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums. Proficiency with design software: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. Experience with content management systems (CMS): Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar for website editing. An eye for detail: Meticulous about design consistency, typography, and image quality. Understanding of UI/UX principles: Ability to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing web experiences. Strong communication skills: Able to take direction, collaborate effectively, and provide creative input. A bonus if you have: Experience designing for the cybersecurity or tech industry, and/or basic video editing skills.
