We're a boutique interior design studio known for our warm, thoughtful approach and high-touch client experience. We're growing quickly and need help taking our digital systems to the next level. We're looking for someone who can support both graphic design and workflow setup—with a strong understanding of Wix (especially mobile responsiveness) and client management tools. What we need: 1. Mobile Optimization in Wix: Help improve the layout and user experience of our mobile site Ensure all pages are polished, readable, and visually aligned with our brand 2. Automated Client Communication Systems: Set up automated replies for new inquiries (friendly, branded message confirming we’ll respond within 24 hours) Create a professional intake experience for new clients 3. Digital Client Materials: Design branded PDF templates (welcome guide, process overview, etc.) Set up a system to send these at appropriate project milestones 4. Scheduling + Questionnaires: Build a simple, beautiful questionnaire for new clients Integrate a calendar or scheduling tool so clients can easily book intro calls We're looking for someone who: Has experience designing and managing Wix sites Can create and implement client workflows (Honeybook, Dubsado, or similar a plus—but not required) Has an eye for clean, beautiful design Understands the importance of an elevated, seamless client experience If this sounds like you, please send examples of similar work you've done—especially anything related to client experience, branding, or interior design.
