2 ads for a golf program

Most Realtor ads in a golf program consist of a photo of a home and head shots of the Realtors. Not ours. We would like 2 ads. One serious "Professionals know when to work with a Pro", and one playful "Fortunately, we're much better Realtors than we are golfers". We have golf course photos - one with a pro instructing and a second with us either in a sand trap or in the long grass looking for a ball. The ad will also need to include 2 logos, contact information and possibly a head shot, this content will be the same or very similar for both ads. Ad size is 4.5” w x 7.5” t. Final design needed June 19th After the initial use, we'll need to add the golf course and pro names at the bottom of the ad.
