Graphic Design and Account Manager Greek Life (Fraternity/Sorority)

I am looking to bring on a graphic designer/account manager to work on custom apparel projects for Greek Life (Fraternity/Sorority). The ideal candidate is a current or recent college graduate with Greek Life experience. The current rate is $50 dollars for the projects of a full back and small left chest art with unlimited revisions. The account manager aspect of pay will be 5% of total sale. The clients you bring in will provide their vision with pictures and a description as a guide and we are going to be using your skills and talents to make it look good on the shirt. The deliverables will be to provide a ai file using the CMYK color mode for screen print and a proof of the design on a provided garment. Message me if you have any questions or for clarification.
