We’re seeking a versatile, sharp copywriter with light design sensibilities to help refine and professionalize a set of one-pagers, brochures, and website copy across two distinct B2B business lines. Project Scope 1. Freight & Logistics Business Line – One-Pager Updates This is our air cargo freight forwarding division. We currently use several targeted one-pagers depending on the client type: General Shippers Owners Government entities We’re looking to consolidate, polish, and reconcile these versions into a more cohesive suite of materials—ensuring messaging is consistent while still tailored to each segment. Some light layout/design input would be helpful too. 2. Government-Facing Leasing Business – Copy + Collateral This is our newer, asset-based leasing division focused exclusively on U.S. and international governments. It’s a younger line of business, and we’re still refining the language that best communicates our offering. Needs include: Updated one-pager Refreshed brochure copy This stream is our top priority for the next two weeks due to ongoing deal flow. 3. Website Copy Review + Polish We operate two lightweight marketing sites (Squarespace) that need expanded, more professional copy. They’ve intentionally been kept minimal but now need: More robust messaging Alignment across both sites Minor design clean-up for polish Ideal Candidate Experienced with B2B and/or government-facing copy Comfortable writing in a professional, confident tone without fluff Able to work collaboratively and iterate quickly (we’re responsive via email/text and can hop on calls to clarify direction) Light design or layout skills are a plus, but not required
