We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to create eye-catching, original designs for t-shirts and hoodies for an established print-on-demand brand catering to rockhounds, geology enthusiasts, and crystal lovers. Our audience is passionate about rocks, minerals, fossils, crystals, and the outdoors. They love clever sayings, beautiful illustrations, and designs that show off their passion with pride. Fast turnaround times will be needed for each design. We are looking for someone who can help us create an initial batch of 100 designs and then additional designs on an ongoing basis. This is a freelance position with the opportunity for ongoing work. What You’ll Do: -- Design unique, high-quality graphics for t-shirts and hoodies that are eye catching and fun (initial batch: 5–10 designs) -- Incorporate themes like crystals, gemstones, mining tools, geology puns, and nature --Follow provided creative briefs or help brainstorm fresh ideas --Deliver files in print-ready format (preferably Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop; 300dpi PNG with transparent background) for POD platforms --Ensure designs work well for both light and dark fabrics Ideal Candidate: --Experienced in apparel design for print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Printful, Printify, TeeSpring, etc.) --Strong illustration or typography skills --Able to design in a style that’s clean, fun, and appealing to outdoor hobbyists and collectors --Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on concepts --Bonus: Familiarity with geology, crystals, or outdoor culture
