Job Title: Faceless Social Media Funnel Builder Location: Remote Type: Part-Time or Freelance Reports to: Founder, Early Exit Blueprint ⸻ About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Faceless Social Media Funnel Builder to help us grow and convert our audience through strategic, personality-driven content—without using the founder’s personal image or direct presence. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of social video psychology, funnel strategy, and paid/organic integration across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You will plan, script, build, and optimize high-converting video funnels that generate qualified leads, nurture them with content, and guide them toward booking strategy calls or purchasing digital products. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a faceless video content strategy optimized for conversion • Build and refine social media funnels across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn • Write and test short-form video scripts using proven hook/educate/convert frameworks • Repurpose expert voiceovers or scripts into high-retention video content • Collaborate with our content and design team to ensure brand consistency • Analyze funnel performance and implement A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates • Integrate funnel content with Kartra or other marketing tools as needed ⸻ Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience building social funnels without a personal brand image • Strong grasp of content strategy, funnel building, and lead generation • Familiarity with Kartra, ClickFunnels, or similar CRM/funnel platforms • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools) • Creative copywriting skills for captions, headlines, and calls to action • Ability to think strategically and optimize funnels based on performance data • Bonus: Experience in the coaching, finance, or early retirement niche ⸻ .
