Job Description:Designs and coordinates company communications. Responsible for maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring company media, and utilizing electronic publishing technology. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Responsibilities:Design and coordinate internal and external communications. Maintain and manage company policies and procedures documentation. Monitor and report on company and industry-related media. Use Electronic publishing tools and Google Docs for communication initiatives. Support the social media team with:Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on social content performance. Boosting and promoting select social media posts. Tracking and compiling stories related to market and client into spreadsheets and email updates. Highlighting weekly and monthly activities across platforms including LinkedIn and Client. Gather and distribute key information from internal meetings. Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions while working closely with cross-functional teams Experience:Support the Social Media team in managing and maintaining the company’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Client, and other relevant channels. Proficiency in Google Docs and general familiarity with digital reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Previous experience in medium to large-sized organizations is highly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision Skills:Social Media Ads experience Social Media Communication Education:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area.
