We are looking for experienced physical trainers, weight-lifters, experts in exercise physiology, or physical therapists with specific experience in cable weight training to review a set of cable exercise cards. This is the 2nd draft of the project. We are looking for specific feedback on the accuracy and usability of the cards. Our cards are meant to be used by people of all experience levels - beginner to advanced. At this time, we are not seeking comments on the illustrations or exercise names. (These are consistent with our previous projects.) If there is a safety issue however, please point it out. The cards can be found in the attached PDF file. Please provide your feedback in the attached Word document. We would like your feedback within a week of when you accept the job. Please do not apply unless you are experienced specifically with cable machines. Instructions: • Review the accompanying PDF and Word Document. • Return your feedback as a Word Document, not a PDF.
