Organic Content Calendar & Community Management - Italian owned, female focused fragrance brand (fun & colorful) - If choose to continue in interview process, will share the brand details & social pages - Currently 1 month contract, with potential for continued 1 month renewals (have worked with this client for a year) - Replacing a current person who is taking a leave of absence, so have existing content to reference and client processes in place Social Platforms: - Instagram - Facebook (same content as IG) Deliverables: Monthly Organic Content Calendar - Align with Client on recommended post themes for each month - Schedule posts in HeyOrca Platform & ensure post on scheduled dates Original Feed Posts (same between IG & FB): Fourteen (14) Original In-feed Posts per calendar month - Graphic Design/animated GIFs - Copywriting - Hashtag recommendations - Reposted to Stories - Have product shots to incorporate Stories (IG & FB): - Repost In-feed content where applicable - Up to two (2) original stories per calendar month - Add stickers, links, polls etc Client Reviews/Approval: - Up to two (2) rounds of review & edits per monthly content calendar with US clients - Create a templated PDF with the US approved monthly content calendar, with links to the posts in Canva for Italian clients. Community Management: Monitoring & Response (within HeyOrca Platform or native platform) o Three (3) hours total per week of monitoring & response ▪ M-F between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm EST ▪ Respond to DMs ▪ Respond to comments on organic posts ▪ If in question on how to respond, will ask clients how they wish to proceed before responding Engagement Reporting: - Generated in HeyOrca, with manually added insights & recommendations - Provide insights & recommendation bullet points to account manager to integrate into report summary - Monthly recap report - Quarterly recap report
