We are seeking a creative and organized individual to help us ideate, script, and coordinate the production of engaging video and voiceover content that showcases our services and expertise. Position Overview As our Creative Content & Video Script Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating ideas, developing scenarios, writing scripts, and planning content calendars for video and voiceover productions. These videos will be generated using avatars and AI voiceovers to promote our various services, educate our audience, and enhance our brand presence across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Ideation & Research Brainstorm and research creative ideas, scenarios, and storylines for video content relevant to web development, mobile applications, and digital services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ content to inspire fresh, innovative ideas. Scriptwriting & Scenario Creation Write clear, engaging scripts and skits for short-form and long-form videos, tailored to specific avatars and target audiences. Develop scenarios that effectively communicate our services, value propositions, and case studies. Content Planning & Calendar Management Create and maintain a content calendar, scheduling regular idea review sessions and planning video/voiceover production timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and product launches. Coordination & Execution Work with AI-based video and voiceover generation tools to produce final content, or coordinate with designers/editors as needed. Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. Collaboration & Feedback Organize and lead brainstorming meetings to discuss new ideas and gather feedback. Iterate on scripts and scenarios based on team input and performance analytics. Requirements Proven experience in content creation, scriptwriting, or digital marketing (preferably in the tech or SaaS industry). Strong creative writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive narratives. Excellent organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and production schedules. Familiarity with AI video/voiceover generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Descript) is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
