We are seeking a skilled content creator to develop and manage thought leadership content for our CEO and company LinkedIn account. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leadership topics and the ability to produce engaging articles, posts, and multimedia that resonate with our audience. You'll be responsible for crafting a cohesive strategy that elevates our brand presence and establishes our CEO as a thought leader in the industry. Create 12 LinkedIn posts / month for Dosen CEO account (prior posts) • Write LinkedIn posts based on the Dosen brand, Dosen CEO personality, Thought Leadership strategy etc • Create high quality posts in forms that best achieve our goals 2. Create xx LinkedIn posts / month for Dosen Company account (no recent posts) • Before determining how many posts and in what form, we’d like you to advise us as to how best to utilize our company account – we’re of the opinion that it’s not as powerful as personal accounts and so we want to put less energy into it but I’m sure it has a role 3. Create 4 Blog posts / month (Dosen blog) • Draft blog articles that represent the Dosen brand, are topical, interesting etc • Draft the LinkedIn post to accompany / promote the blog article 4. Design & create 2 Newsletters / month (no recent examples) • Following newsletter best practices, design a format that highlights what we need to, to nurture our Marketing leads and ultimately drive inbound traffic • Draft newsletter content that aligns with best practices 5. Draft lead magnets, white papers or any other valuable pieces of content to drive our Marketing & Sales funnel • We’ll defer to you as to what these need to be but some ideas / examples below o Personal Development plans o Learning & Development ROI calculator o Employee Engagement survey 6. Manage the creation of required assets • Create the ‘to do’ list for asset creation – the expectation is not that you would take photos, record videos etc. If you do then that’s a bonus but we do expect you to determine what assets are needed to support your content, write the script for videos etc • Manage our editor (already working with Dosen) to create the finished assets you need – images, carousel’s, videos, podcasts etc 7. Optimize our Thought Leadership content • Set out and achieve ‘Awareness’ goals; Dosen CEO SSI score, post Impressions, views, followers etc • Set out and achieve ‘Traction’ goals; Number of downloads, subscriptions etc from lead generator posts, Website visitors from relevant posts • Constantly optimize content based on Impressions, views, followers etc • Focus content on post types that drive the highest impact Note: our expectation is that for many of the above posts / articles etc creating one piece of content can be used multiple times. Ie not every piece needs to be unique Who You Are • You want the freedom to showcase your skills without the bureaucracy of larger organizations. • You want to grow into more advanced roles and titles. • 4+ years of experience in Thought Leadership content creation for LinkedIn, blogs and newsletters. • Experience creating content around the following topics; Personal learning, Organizational Development, The learning economy, Organizational & Employee alignment • You love to create content and drive the growth of a business. • You are adept at rapid testing and iteration as new insights arise. • Strong skills in writing engaging content, using content as a mechanism to drive engagement and ultimately sales. • Passion for building highly effective, programmatic communication plans. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with iterative design cycles. • Experience working remotely with team members in a seamless
