We're looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help us grow traffic and generate motivated seller leads through organic search. This role is focused on national SEO with a lead generation goal, not just ranking for vanity terms. Our company connects real estate investors with homeowners looking to sell their house fast. We want someone who understands how to get in front of those sellers using SEO and who can help us show up in AI search tools as well. We're starting with a paid audit. This will help identify opportunities, technical issues, and strategy gaps. Based on that audit, we’ll build out an ongoing scope of work together. You should be: - Experienced with lead generation SEO (ideally real estate or service-based industries) - Proficient in all major tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, Surfer, etc.) - Capable of running strategy and execution—or collaborating with our internal team - Skilled in on-page SEO, content planning, technical audits, and link building - Up to speed on how AI is changing search (SGE, ChatGPT results, etc.) - Able to write or manage content with a team—or plug into ours - Clear, direct, and data-driven in communication We’re not looking for an agency.
