Description: We are a creative agency seeking a talented and experienced marketing, sales, and copywriting professional to optimize and create high-converting landing page and ad copy on an ad-hoc and consistent basis. You will work closely with our team to audit, optimize, and create copy and design elements aimed at maximizing conversion rates across multiple client campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Landing Page Copy Optimization: Develop compelling and conversion-driven landing page copy that speaks directly to the target audience and motivates immediate action (e.g., bookings, inquiries, form submissions). - Ad Copywriting: Write high-impact ad copy that is concise, persuasive, and resonates with the audience, driving high engagement and conversions. - Campaign Auditing & Analysis: Regularly audit client campaigns, including landing pages and ads, identifying opportunities for improvement to drive greater conversion rates. - Tailored Messaging: Customize messaging for various target audiences while maintaining a cohesive and persuasive brand voice to encourage action. - Conversion Optimization: Apply knowledge of conversion psychology and A/B testing techniques to refine and optimize landing pages and ad copy for better results. - Collaborative Engagement: Join our creative agency’s team on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis, contributing to multiple client campaigns and ensuring optimal performance. Ideal Candidate: - Proven Experience: A strong portfolio of high-converting landing page and ad copywriting experience, especially in ad-driven campaigns. - Conversion Focus: Deep understanding of conversion optimization strategies to improve engagement, bookings, and leads. - Skills: Expertise in persuasive copywriting, consumer psychology, and ad optimization, with measurable results to show for it. - Attention to Detail: Ability to audit campaigns and refine messaging, copy, and design to increase engagement and minimize friction. - Ongoing Collaboration: Ability to work on an ad-hoc, consistent basis with a creative team to enhance client campaigns over time. - Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in industries like restaurants, catering, food, events, entertainment, music, production, and architecture is a plus but not required. Deliverables: - High-converting copy for landing pages and ads tailored to specific campaigns. - Regular campaign audits and performance analysis to provide actionable recommendations. - Optimized copy and design to ensure higher engagement and conversion rates.
