About the Role We're seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with significant potential for full-time work as we scale our business. Commitment: 5-10 hours per month (initially) Location: Remote (US Only) Key Responsibilities Creative Management: Upload and optimize ad creatives across Meta platforms Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that drives conversions Audience Targeting: Develop and implement strategic targeting approaches Campaign Structure: Build and organize efficient campaign architectures Technical Setup: Implement and manage Facebook Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve campaign performance What We're Looking For Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns Strong copywriting skills for social media advertising Technical proficiency with Facebook Pixel and CAPI implementation Deep understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem and best practices Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Experience with campaign structure optimization and audience segmentation Growth Opportunity While this role starts at 5-10 hours per month, we're actively scaling our business and looking for the right person to grow with us into a full-time position.
