We have big plans and lots of them. We are in need of an experienced business mind to jump in and provide help and/or expertise in every aspect of our growth cycle. Job Description: Grow with us! We are in need of a highly motivated and organized person who is able to give us 2 days a week to start, 6-8 hours a day, to help us both collaboratively and/or independently complete projects in all areas of our business. We both sometimes just need someone to finish what we start or start something so we can finish. The following list outlines all the areas in which you will be working with us closely Product development at the factory level - updates/ communicating with factory reps - Ordering supplies/finishes - Perfecting new designs - Patterns and markers Marketing - Bi-monthly emails to our email list - Emails to our retailers - Gather assets for SM - Organize & schedule campaigns - Creating assets for YouTube Sales - Calls to current retailers (this is mostly Zenon) - Helping with customer emails during the busy season Organizing events (?) - 2026 charity events potentially? Building Partnerships/ relationships - already having contacts in the industry is a bonus - We have three big partnerships we are working on this quarter - Continue to work on new partnerships - Nurture all current relationships - Build and maintain our affiliate marketing program - Build and maintain our Pro-Am program Grow our environmental initiatives - we are switching all of our shipping and packing to 100% recyclable and home compostable - Our clothing bags will be switched to the new Sway bags made from seaweed by fall 2025 - 10% of sales going to PADI Aware on some sales - % of sales to Reef Check every year Branding and storytelling - all new marketing campaigns are being written and produced to align more with our storytelling - We are re-branding to show how every athlete can benefit from using our gear - Revamping website this Summer Growing our market - Register for county certifications up and down both coasts for government contracts - Getting our military branch set up - DUNS # and capability statements - Bid out contracts Weekly meetings - goal setting - Progress reporting for all - Planning - Celebrating wins Trade shows - dema? - LA dive show?
