12-18 hours per week! Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Management & Posting Develop and execute an organic social media content calendar aligned with brand goals. Publish consistent, high-quality posts across the following platforms: Facebook: 4 posts per week Instagram: 4 timeline posts per week (2 videos, 1 carousel, 1 static w/ music) Instagram Stories: 4 stories per week (one on video post days) Pinterest: 3-4 SEO-focused posts per week TikTok: 3 posts per week (authentic video content) LinkedIn: 2 posts per week (including thought leadership and carousel posts) YouTube: As content is available Ensure posts are engaging, brand-aligned, and audience-relevant. Work closely with the creative team (if applicable) to source or develop graphics, videos, and other assets. 2. Community Engagement & Growth Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content daily to respond and engage with followers. Foster authentic relationships with the audience to increase engagement. Track and report growth trends, audience sentiment, and feedback. Identify opportunities for user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations. 3. Social Media Strategy & Optimization Analyze performance data to adjust content strategy for maximum reach and engagement. Optimize posting schedules, formats, and content types based on platform-specific trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content. Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices. 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, and click-throughs. Provide weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations. Contribute to monthly deep-dive reports for overall strategy evaluation. Assist in quarterly business reviews to discuss learnings and future content shifts. Deliverables: ✅ Consistent organic social media content across platforms (post frequency as outlined above). ✅ Weekly engagement monitoring & responses (comments, messages, tags). ✅ Weekly social media performance reports. ✅ Monthly strategy adjustments based on data-driven insights. ✅ Quarterly strategic review and social growth recommendations. ✅ Collaboration with content and creative teams for optimized visuals and messaging. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years experience in organic social media management. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite). Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze social metrics and adjust strategy. Basic knowledge of SEO for social media (Pinterest & LinkedIn especially). Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader marketing team.
