Video Editor for Internal Company Videos

Hi there! My company is looking for a video editor to help with some videos we have recorded. Things like color correcting if needed, removing audio, splicing some question/answer footage together, adding overlay of the questions asked by the interviewer to the employee, etc. Possibly adding a bumper to front and end of video. Not too concerned on the tool you use, but some can be Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc as I know I use many for my own video editing but my core is Instructional Design =) We have a few videos ready for editing and wanted to get some bids in on either an hourly rate or a flat rate per video (length ranging from 5-10 minutes). This could be ongoing as we would like to have a freelance video editor at the ready as we have plans in our Learning and Development space to do more of these types of projects!
