We’re Allayya—a wellness-tech startup building a mental wellness app to help women stress less, cope better, and navigate their days with more ease. We’re looking for a creative and confident content creator to help us launch a lighthearted, on-the-street interview series for social media. This series will run every other week and be shared as short-form video content on Instagram. The videos will feature short, engaging, on-the-spot interviews with everyday people answering questions about mental health, self-care, and wellness—think: “What’s the weirdest thing that calms you down?” “What’s something that instantly boosts your mood?” We’re looking for someone who can: - Confidently conduct casual interviews with people in public - Film, edit, and deliver 30–60 second Reels optimized for Instagram - Add subtitles, light music, or voiceover as needed - Work independently and bring a modern, creative edge to each video - Represent our brand voice: smart, supportive, modern, and real Must have experience with: - Speaking naturally and confidently on camera - Creating Instagram Reels or TikToks (please include samples) - Video editing including music, text, etc Nice to have: - Interest in women’s mental wellness or self-care culture - Familiarity with relatable social trends and content - Understanding of brand tone and visual storytelling Project Details: - Frequency: Once every 2 weeks (ongoing project) - You handle: Location pitching, filming, and editing - We provide: Question prompts, brand guidelines, and review feedback If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
