We are looking to add a search engine marketing specialist to our small team at Nerd Rush—working on multiple long term projects with clients in various industries. Candidate will work along side our project manager, copywriter, and web developers to develop & execute search engine marketing strategies for small business websites, usually built on WordPress. SEO Responsibilities: - Updating master SEO sheet - Creating/updating SOPs - Developing keyword strategies with Semrush - On-page & Off-page optimizations - Google Search Console Maintenance - Coordinating with Copywriter for topic research - Coordinating with web developer - Building and scheduling monthly reports - Implementing conversion events in GTM Google Ads & Bing Ads: - Developing a keyword strategy via keyword planner and Semrush. - Regularly updating Ads, Negative Keywords Lists, Groups, Search Keywords, Audience, etc. - Implementing conversion events in GTM - Creating/updating SOPs Requirements: - Experience using Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager - Experience using Bing Ads is a plus. - Experience with WordPress - Experience with Bricks Builder & Rankmath is a plus - Ability to adopt our tools & procedures, such as Google Workspace, Clickup, Slack
