This role blends strong organizational skills with the ability to manage external communications thoughtfully. Your main focus will be on calendar management, milestone tracking, document preparation, coordinating project tasks, and managing communications to keep leadership and projects on track. Alongside these duties, you’ll support communication with potential users engaging with our product as we aim to grow and expand. Your role will involve maintaining positive, timely interactions that help foster a strong and supportive user experience. This role may involve posting pre-designed content created by our design team to engage with users and maintain a consistent presence but it is mostly about ensuring effective connection and responsiveness.
