We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to help us scale paid campaigns for our Shopify eCommerce store. If you’re skilled at creating high-ROAS campaigns, testing creatives, and retargeting audiences, we want to work with you. About Us: We run a successful Shopify store focused on baseball and softball gear. We’ve built a solid customer base and are ready to scale with smart, data-backed Meta ad strategies. Responsibilities: Audit and optimize existing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns Build new campaigns from scratch using best practices for eCommerce Create and manage full-funnel strategies (cold traffic, retargeting, and retention) Segment audiences and implement advanced targeting (lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.) Collaborate with our team on creatives (images, videos, headlines) Monitor performance daily and adjust to improve ROAS and conversion rates Provide weekly reporting with key insights and next steps Requirements: Proven track record managing Meta Ads for Shopify stores Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and pixel/data tracking Experience with conversion campaigns, dynamic product ads, and catalog integration Strong understanding of Shopify checkout flow and sales funnels Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and time management Nice to Have (but not required): Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads Familiarity with Klaviyo or email flows Creative experience (basic Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools) Project Scope: Initial audit + campaign strategy session Ongoing campaign management (10–20 hours/month to start) Potential for long-term collaboration if results are strong To Apply: Please include: Brief overview of your Meta Ads + Shopify experience Results or case studies from past eCommerce campaigns Your hourly rate or fixed monthly rate Your availability for weekly check-in calls We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us turn ad spend into profit.
