About the Project: We are a successful B2B2C company with nearly 10 years of delivering high-impact services that help individuals succeed in their professional lives. As we prepare to launch a new phase of our offering, we’re seeking a skilled influencer marketing strategist to design and execute our first dedicated influencer campaign. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build and manage relationships with creators, develop smart outreach strategies, and measure what matters—whether that’s brand visibility, new client acquisition, or affiliate-driven revenue. Scope of Work: We’re looking for a freelancer who can: 1. Design an influencer campaign from the ground up 2. Identify and vet potential partners (podcasts, YouTubers, LinkedIn creators, etc.) 3. Structure affiliate or commission-based relationships where relevant 4. Draft messaging for outreach and engagement 5. Guide or support execution—from first contact through to campaign launch 6. Establish a framework for tracking outcomes (e.g., reach, conversions, revenue impact) We are open to different campaign styles and want your expert recommendations. We’re particularly interested in creative strategies grounded in proven results. What You Bring: 1. Experience designing and executing influencer or creator campaigns (bonus if in B2B2C or professional development spaces) 2. A portfolio or case studies showing measurable outcomes—audience growth, lead gen, conversions, affiliate ROI, etc. 3. A thoughtful approach to selecting and approaching influencers aligned with brand values 4. Familiarity with influencer/affiliate tools and platforms (manual or software-assisted) 5. The ability to balance creative storytelling with a performance-driven mindset
