Summary: The Social Media Manager for LUXUS will lead, ideate, organize, and optimize the social media strategy across the business portfolio and maintain the calendar and posts. Areas of greatest attention include but are not limited to, Instagram, LinkedIn. In this role, you will lead strategy and execute tasks that align with the 360-degree marketing calendar/strategy and fully execute your plan. LUXUS is a sales-driven business, and this position will play a crucial role in achieving our goals and objectives. Performance will be measured based on consistent social media presence, engagement, and timely execution of campaigns. Marketing Accountabilities: Lead social media through, but not limited to, the following: regular posting, creating engagement content, upping awareness, gaining followers, and creating and leading strategies/programs/campaigns with the goal of cultivating long-term consistency all while maintaining consistent, high-quality brand image. Lead execution of social media calendar and assigned tasks, including evergreen and topical content. Implement strategies to drive Audience Growth, Client Acquisition, and Qualified Client Identification. Consistently Uphold brand identity and guidelines. Ideate, execute, and manage social media campaigns with the strategic focus to create brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention – executing integrated strategy with wider company marketing plans. Participate in oversight of agency-run paid social. Provide reports demonstrating the success of various marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement. Participate in strategy conversations with innovative opportunities and ideas. Develop presentations for senior management, contribute to workshops/planning sessions, and oversee cross-company communications. Financial & Scheduling Accountabilities: Full ideation and execution accountability for social media programs, tasks, and channels Follow campaign and marketing budgets by channel. Review and enhance current reporting standards ensuring key business metrics are captured and reported on regularly. Consistently report on analytics and campaign ROI and make recommendations to evolve future campaigns successfully. Discover and present the Leadership team with new social media strategies, creative tools, and technology. People & Organization Accountabilities: Exist in a fast-paced work environment and culture with a strong focus on achievement and recognition of high performance – with a focus on an improvement mindset, including business/operational excellence and innovation. Demonstrate an understanding of the LUXUS business and a high standard of execution and partnership skills on behalf of LUXUS. Deliver regular high-quality communications to the leadership team. Foster collaborative, productive relationships with other members of LUXUS Be the LUXUS customer-facing representative on all social media platforms by engaging with followers in a respectful and timely manner. Skills and Attributes: Proven track record of leading social media plans and strategies demonstrated through a deep understanding of social design and marketing. Excellent skills in visual and content creation specific to luxury Adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environment is crucial. Excellent data and analytics skills; ability to execute quickly and efficiently with little oversight. Ability to work with teams across multiple countries, time zones, and backgrounds. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record and experience working on and/or leading a social media. Luxury experience is a must; Experienced and strong passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels. At least 3+ years of marketing experience with expert knowledge of social media platforms A relevant degree in Marketing, Social Media, or Digital is preferable.
