Hi, my name is jack I currently run a company called Norcal Dynamics our Instagram is @norcaldynamics and website is norcaldynamics.shop! I currently need someone who could run my Facebook ads. I have been greatly suffering with Google ads, not giving me enough cost for conversion. It’s been horrible when we first started the business five years ago. I was using Facebook ads with no issues at all. We switched over fully to Google ads and it’s been nothing but a pain spending $300,000 is like down the drain sadly I’ve had no hope in it and have stopped it fully and I am looking for someone. That’s really good with Facebook ads maybe even two people if possible to put into a group and work together. please remember I am budget friendly. I don’t wanna spend too much per hour rate, but if you can work something out with me, I am definitely looking for a long-term person and please understand my situation. Also, it’s been horrible and we have not seen any good out of running ads we’d like someone to fully run our Facebook ads and help us with a better conversion rate and actually help us succeed and not run into any rough spots. We do run an automotive company we sell tons of carbon fiber, and performance mods for only Bmw vehicles. We just really find it hard to attract the right people through Google ads. That’s why I believe Facebook ads definitely has a better impact on the business. We also already have an ads account set up. . We also already have an ads account set up that we’ve used in the past so there is some learning that had happened on this account, which might help you guys. either way I don’t wanna keep this too long, but I really do need some help.
