We're looking for a Meta and Google ads PRO to help with various ad strategy, ideas, and optimization of current ads. We've run minimal ads in the past and looking to grow strategically through various ad methods. Primarily focused on: - Meta ads, retargeting and conversions. Need to fix conversion tag and fix Pixel - Google ads, both shop and search/display We have an internal design team that can help on the actual creative, but need someone that can help with the strategy and ongoing development, A/B testing, and setting up conversion tracking. If you have a design or ad creative background, that's a huge plus. Please share examples of ads + ROAS you've specifically been a part of. Excited to work together!
