We are looking for a Social Media Manager to assist with posting to the following channels: TikTok 2-3+ posts/wk Instagram 4+ posts/wk Facebook 4+ posts/wk Pinterest 2-3+ posts/wk LinkedIn 3-4+ posts/wk YouTube Shorts 1-2 posts/wk Content: We will provide 90% of raw assets, content from said assets will need to be assembled 5-10% of posts will need additional content creation Lead time for content will be anywhere from 1-2 weeks Collaborations on IG Potential Influencer Connections - researching and arranging Types of posts: (all of these to follow brand guidelines for either corporate or leisure) Travel Journals (both Corporate and Leisure) Destination Features Advisor Spotlights Podcast Advisor Interviews Testimonials/Reviews Travel Tips / Surveys / Top Ideas, etc (probably best as stories) Corporate Sales Posts Basic Wanderlust Features Honeymoon Team Groups Partner/Vendor Promotions Holidays Monitoring and Interaction: Help will be needed with monitoring, commenting and interacting on the platforms. Questions to be directed to our team if you do not have the information to respond Paid Social Advertising: We will be running more paid social ads Regular monitoring of ads and ad performance will be required, so adjustments can be made to maximize ad spend Monthly Reporting: We will want monthly reports on performance for both organic and paid social Across all channels Engagement, not followers, being primary goal
