These are upscale, prix fixe dining concepts with limited seating, monthly rotating menus, and a focus on elevated guest experience — no coupons, no discounts, and no chain-restaurant energy. Your role would include: Sourcing and reaching out to local micro-influencers, foodies, and tastemakers Coordinating a private influencer dinner to generate buzz and social coverage Getting the restaurant featured in relevant press, podcasts, or blogs Identifying high-ROI local partnerships, events, and visibility opportunities Pitching story ideas or coordinating local media placements Bringing outside-the-box, tasteful strategies that reflect a polished brand We’re looking for someone who understands how to grow local buzz for a premium dining experience without relying on paid ads or deep discounts.
