Rubber Ducky Dojo is an exciting new e-commerce company specializing in engaging coding, robotics, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) toys for children aged 7-12. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of innovators through fun and educational products. We're passionate about making learning accessible and enjoyable, embodying the "rubber ducky debugging" philosophy in our playful yet impactful approach. We are currently in our launch phase and seeking a skilled professional to help us grow our sales and optimize our marketing efforts. Project Goal: We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Conversion Optimization Specialist to analyze our current marketing performance, particularly our Google Ads campaigns, and implement strategies to significantly improve our sales conversion rates. While our initial campaigns have successfully driven traffic, we need expert help to translate that traffic into paying customers. Responsibilities: * Campaign Analysis & Optimization: * Thoroughly analyze existing Google Ads campaign data (ad group performance, campaign performance, keywords, demographics, geographics) to identify areas for improvement. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize ad targeting, bidding, and ad copy for maximum ROI. * Identify underperforming keywords and ad groups, and suggest adjustments or new opportunities. * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): * Review our Shopify website and analyze user behavior data (sessions by landing page, sessions over time, sessions by referrer) to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey. * Provide actionable recommendations for improving website conversion rates, including but not limited to: * Landing page optimization (content, layout, calls-to-action) * User experience (UX) enhancements * Streamlining the checkout process * A/B testing strategies for various website elements. * Ad Copy & Creative Development: * Craft compelling, high-converting ad copy for Google Ads that resonates with our target audience (parents and gift-givers of children aged 7-12) and highlights the unique benefits of our STEAM toys. * Suggest creative angles and messaging to attract qualified traffic. * Reporting & Insights: * Provide clear, data-backed reports on campaign performance and conversion improvements. * Offer ongoing insights and strategic recommendations to continually drive sales growth. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization, with a strong focus on driving conversions. * Demonstrable expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for e-commerce businesses. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Ads and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify reports). * Excellent understanding of website user experience (UX) best practices. * Ability to craft persuasive and effective marketing copy. * Experience with e-commerce businesses, ideally in the children's products, education, or toy sector, is a significant plus. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused To Apply: Please provide a brief overview of your relevant experience, particularly highlighting past projects where you have successfully optimized ad campaigns and improved sales conversions for e-commerce clients.
