B2B Facebook Ads Specialist | Lead Generation & Conversion Expert We are seeking a B2B Facebook Ads Specialist to help us generate high-quality leads and drive conversions for our web design agency, which specializes in working with lawyers and other professional service providers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad strategies for B2B lead generation, experience with high-ticket service businesses, and a proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns. This role is remote and project-based, with the potential for ongoing work if results are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns tailored for B2B lead generation, specifically targeting law firms, attorneys, and other professional services. • Conduct audience research to refine targeting and improve ad performance. • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that drive engagement and conversions. • Optimize ad campaigns continuously based on key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.). • Set up and manage lead generation funnels, integrating with landing pages, CRM (HubSpot), and email sequences. • Run A/B tests to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting for improved conversion rates. • Provide detailed campaign reporting and insights with recommendations for scaling successful campaigns. • Stay updated with Facebook Ads policies and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and optimal campaign performance. Requirements & Qualifications: • Proven experience running successful B2B Facebook ad campaigns, preferably for professional service businesses (lawyers, consultants, agencies, etc.). • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including lead generation campaigns and retargeting strategies. • Ability to research and refine audiences using Facebook’s detailed targeting options and lookalike audiences. • Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, or similar) to streamline lead management. • Strong ad copywriting skills to create high-converting Facebook ads. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations. • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and lead magnets. • Bonus: Experience running PMax or Google Ads is a plus.
