You should understand what makes a creative convert, be resourceful with research tools, and have a keen eye for viral potential and visual trends. Key Responsibilities ✅ Search and collect high-converting creatives from tools like Meta Ad Library, Minea, WinningHunter, and other ad intelligence platforms ✅ Analyze the performance elements of top ads (hook, offer, layout, product presentation) ✅ Curate and organize creatives in a clear structure for our content production team ✅ Identify visual and messaging trends specific to Pinterest ✅ Provide weekly creative reports with insights and suggestions for our design/editor team Requirements
